Unsure What Product is Right for You?

QUESTIONS? TEXT: 801-436-7272

Supporting bile production is essential when it comes to promoting the body’s natural ability to detoxify.* TUDCA (Tauroursodeoxycholic acid) is a water-soluble bile acid that’s naturally produced by the body and found in liver bile.

When taken as a supplement, it helps stimulate the release of bile into the digestive tract. This supports healthy digestion and drainage, the body’s natural detoxification processes, and the health of the liver bile duct system.*

Advanced TUDCA is particularly supportive for phase III of liver detox*, which is the bile movement phase. However, it promotes increased production and quality of bile, so it also supports phase I and II of liver detox.*

Note: Many TUDCA supplements are sourced from animal bile. For purity and ethical reasons, Advanced TUDCA is synthetic and produced in the CellCore lab.

Formulated with Carbon Technology

BioActive Carbon® Technology is a proprietary blend of fulvic acids that support cellular repair and the body’s natural ability to detoxify.* With a low pH, BioActive Carbon® Technology also helps protect ingredients from being digested by stomach acid, so that they remain intact as they enter the desired location in the body.

  • Advanced TUDCA is included in Step 3 of the Foundational Protocol and Phases 2 and 4B of the Comprehensive Protocol. This is to establish proper drainage function by supporting healthy bile flow, plus kidney and liver function.*

Note that Advanced TUDCA is safe to take at any point in time to support digestive, liver, and kidney health.* Your practitioner may recommend taking it at different stages, based on your unique needs.

  • Can TUDCA cause detox symptoms?

Depending on your individual toxic load, you may experience mild detox reactions and symptoms, such as bloating and gas. If this happens, you can reduce the dose to half (by opening the capsule) and slowly work your way up to the full dose (one capsule).

What phases of the liver does Advanced TUDCA affect?

Advanced TUDCA supports all three phases of liver detoxification: Phase I (free radical production), phase II (activation of enzymatic processes), and phase III (transfer of hepatic toxins out of the liver).*

Does Advanced TUDCA have to be taken with food, or can it be taken without?

Advanced TUDCA can be taken with or without food, unless you’ve had your gallbladder removed — in which case, TUDCA should be taken with meals to aid in the digestive process.*  You can also take Advanced TUDCA with meals if you’re sensitive to the ingredients.

    Does TUDCA interact with medication?

Always consult a licensed healthcare practitioner when introducing a new supplement. As a general guideline, it’s recommended to take all supplements at least two hours away from prescription medications.

Is this TUDCA sourced from bear or bull bile?

No, our TUDCA is not sourced from bear or bull bile. We create our TUDCA using a proprietary process in our lab to ensure it’s free from any animal byproduct.

Will the melatonin in TUDCA make me sleepy?

The intended use of the melatonin in Advanced TUDCA is to function as a driver, which helps push the product deeper into your system. This optimizes effectiveness without affecting established sleep patterns.

What People Are Saying

BloomMD products are prescribed based on what your provider determines is medically appropriate and necessary for you. This may include prescribing generic drug products, and/or compounded products if appropriate and necessary. Compounded drug products are not approved by the FDA and are not evaluated for safety, efficacy, or quality.

Have Questions?

  • How is BloomMD different from other clinics?
BloomMD is different for 3 important reasons: 1. Safety: Our top priority is patient safety and satisfaction. We have a background specializing in Endocrinology, which means that we are the experts in prescribing GLP1-RA medications. Unlike others who are simply trying to sell a product, we are able to educate and inform our patients about the root causes of obesity, and how these medications can be used to truly transform lives. 2. Quality: Our medications come from a reputable and vetted pharmacy which ensures that each product has undergone rigorous testing to meet high safety standards. Our semaglutide and tirzepatide products are peptides, and NOT the salt form which other compounding pharmacies are using. 3. Pricing: We offer competitive pricing and affordable, customized treatment plans
  • Do I Qualify for GLP-1?
  • Who can use BloomMD?
BloomMD is available to all Arizona, Colorado, District of Columbia, Delaware, Hawaii, Iowa, Idaho, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maine, Missouri, Montana, North Dakota, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Washington, Wyoming, Florida, Georgia, Kansas, Maryland, Mississippi, Nebraska, Ohio, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, and Utah. residents ages 18+, who demonstrate a medical need for treatment. Our Supplements and CellCore products are available for shipping across all 50 US states and Canada.
  • How does it work?
BloomMD is an online telehealth clinic, designed to simplify treatment for our clients. You can start treatment in three easy-steps. Complete a medical intake form to verify a medical need for treatment. Speak to your new healthcare provider through a telehealth (audio-visual) appointment. If medically appropriate, receive your medication in the mail every 30-90 days depending on your customized treatment plan.
  • What if I am having a medical emergency?
In the event of an emergency, please call 9-1-1, or your local equivalent, immediately.
  • Do you accept insurance?
No, clients are solely responsible for the cost of the service.
  • Is Semaglutide the same thing as Ozempic/Wegovy? Is compounded Semaglutide safe?
We do NOT sell Ozempic/Wegovy. While these brand names contain the active ingredient Semgalutide, we offer a compounded version that is more affordable to patients who cannot otherwise obtain Ozempic/ Wegovy. When a drug like Semaglutide is in shortage, compounders may be able to prepare a compounded version of that drug if they meet certain requirements set forth by the FDA. Our medication contains Semaglutide compounded with vitamin B12, sourced from FDA-inspected pharmacies which undergo rigorous safety inspections and third-party quality testing to insure your safety. We also do NOT use salt-forms of Semaglutide. The FDA has issued a warning against any clinics or companies falsely advertising their products as Ozempic and Wegovy. The same principle applies to Tirzepatide being falsely advertised as Mounjaro. We urge you to exercise caution against any clinic who makes these claims, as this is misleading and potentially harmful. Bloom Medical prioritizes patient safety, and that is why we provide experienced, transparent, medical professionals to educate each patient on the risks and benefits before starting any treatment. For more information visit the FDA website.
  • What are the most common side effects of semaglutide & tirzepatide?
The most common side effects of both medications include nausea, constipation, and stomach upset. Side effects should subside with continued use, and by following the tips outlined in the Welcome Packet.
  • What is the difference between semaglutide and tirzepatide, and why is tirzepatide more expensive?
Both medications are powerful appetite suppressants and work to promote weight loss. They both mimic the hormone GLP-1, but Tirzepatide is the newest and first of its kind to include the agonists of two metabolic hormones; GLP-1 & GIP. While both medications are effective, Tirzepatide is a revolutionary drug that accelerates weight loss while having fewer side effects. You and your provider will decide which medication is best for you.
  • How do I get my medication?
After your initial consult, if you meet criteria, your medication will be shipped directly to your door at no additional cost.
  • How often will I need to see my provider?
All new patients require an initial telehealth visit. You will then have a brief visit each time a new prescription is required, which includes answering any questions and tracking your progress. This typically occurs every 1-3 months until you are stable on a maintenance dose. We have found that these follow up visits help our patients stay accountable, informed, and confident in their weight loss journey. Follow up visits are at no extra cost.
  • What if I have more questions after my visit?
Most questions are answered during the initial visit, follow up visits, on the website, and in the robust welcome packet we provide. If you have additional medication-specific questions, you can reach out by phone, text, or email. However, please allow up to 36 business hours for a response. We are not a general care clinic and we ask that you refer to your Primary Care Physician for acute illness and general health concerns.
