Madeline
Meet Bloom's founder and Clinician, Madeline! She is a licensed Nurse Practitioner who specializes in Endocrinology, and has experience treating a wide range of complex health disorders. She decided to start BloomMD to give more patients access to obesity-related, preventative healthcare so that they can live longer & improve their quality of life! Why is experience in Endocrinology so important? Her Endocrine specialty gives her a specific, unique expertise in GLP1-RA medications, as she has an understanding of the complex hormonal interactions involved in glucose metabolism. This makes her well-suited to tailor treatment plans in the face of challenging medical conditions. All of our patients have access to guidance and monitoring by a clinical expert, so that they safely achieve lasting results!

Meet our monitoring nurse, Carly! One thing that sets BloomMD apart from others is ongoing access to an experienced nurse, and our patients LOVE having Carly to support them along the way. Carly is a Registered Nurse who is passionate about improving the overall well-being of
her clients. With 10 years of experience in healthcare she is dedicated to helping individuals feel empowered to make positive changes in their lives. Carly has worked in the ER, ICU, and surgical floor but now focuses on assisting people in achieving their weight loss goals and regaining their confidence. With compassionate care, Carly provides a supportive and non-judgmental environment where clients can feel heard as they navigate their health and wellness journey.
